I'm a filmmaker drawn to the stories that pass between generations, the quiet weight of memory, the shape of family, and what it means to grow up in a changing Vietnam. Every project I take on is an attempt to translate those things into something visual, something that can sit with an audience the way a good story should.

I lead a filmmaking community of over a hundred young creatives, where I work alongside them on production, critical analysis, and collaboration, helping shape the next wave of young Vietnamese filmmakers as much as my own work. My short films have been recognized at national and international competitions, and each one has been a chance to weave my own creativity into narratives that speak to every heart, whether the subject is personal, historical, or entirely imagined.

Filmmaking, for me, is a way of holding onto things that matter and finding language for feelings that don't always translate easily into words. It's the lens through which I try to make sense of where I come from and the people who shaped me.
